Outfo (hereinafter "the Service") is developed and operated by YAN KAI HUANG (hereinafter "we" or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

- 電子郵件地址、密碼（加密儲存）
- 使用者名稱、顯示名稱

- Avatar, bio, website URL
- Gender, height, weight, body type, style preferences

- Posts (images, captions, hashtags, product tags)

2.3 互動資料 Interaction Data
- Likes, follows, saves
- Notifications and interaction history

2.4 位置資料 Location Data
您在貼文中主動標記的地點名稱與座標（非自動收集）。
Location name and coordinates you voluntarily tag in posts (not automatically collected).
2.5 第三方帳號資料 Third-Party Account Data
- 透過 Instagram 登入時，我們會取得您的 Instagram 使用者名稱、頭像、簡介
- 您選擇匯入的 Instagram 媒體內容（圖片、影片）
- Instagram 存取權杖（加密儲存於裝置本地）
- When logging in via Instagram, we obtain your Instagram username, avatar, and bio
- Instagram media content you choose to import (images, videos)
- Instagram access token (encrypted and stored locally on your device)
2.6 技術資料 Technical Data
- 裝置資訊與錯誤報告（透過 Sentry 崩潰報告服務，取樣率 20%）
- 應用程式記錄檔（用於除錯與效能優化）
- Device information and crash reports (via Sentry crash reporting, 20% sample rate)
- Application logs (for debugging and performance optimization)

4. 資料儲存與安全 Data Storage & Security
- 您的資料儲存於 Supabase 雲端平台（PostgreSQL 資料庫），伺服器位於受保護的資料中心
- 所有資料傳輸皆使用 HTTPS 加密
- 密碼使用 bcrypt 雜湊演算法加密儲存
- 資料庫實施行級安全策略（Row-Level Security），確保使用者僅能存取自己的資料
- 圖片與影片儲存於 Supabase Storage，採用安全的存取控制
- Your data is stored on the Supabase cloud platform (PostgreSQL database) on protected servers
- All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS
- Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt hashing algorithm
- Database enforces Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access their own data
- Images and videos are stored in Supabase Storage with secure access controls

6. 資料分享 Data Sharing
我們不會出售、出租或交易您的個人資料給任何第三方。我們不會將您的資料用於廣告投放或行銷目的。您的資料僅在以下情況下可能被揭露：

- 為遵守法律義務、法院命令或政府機關之合法要求
- 為保護我們的權利、財產或安全，或公眾安全
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes. Your data may only be disclosed in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent
- To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or lawful government requests
- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or public safety
7. Instagram 資料使用說明 Instagram Data Usage
當您選擇透過 Instagram 登入或匯入內容時：
- 我們僅取得您主動授權的資料（使用者名稱、頭像、簡介、媒體內容）
- Instagram 資料僅用於建立您的 Outfo 個人檔案及匯入您選擇的穿搭內容
- 我們不會將您的 Instagram 資料用於任何其他目的，也不會分享給第三方
- Instagram 存取權杖僅儲存於您的裝置本地，不會上傳至我們的伺服器
- 您可隨時透過「設定 → 刪除帳號」刪除所有與 Instagram 相關的資料
- 您也可以在 Instagram 設定中撤銷 Outfo 的存取權限
When you choose to log in via Instagram or import content:
- We only access data you explicitly authorize (username, avatar, bio, media content)
- Instagram data is used solely to create your Outfo profile and import outfit content you select
- We do not use your Instagram data for any other purpose, nor share it with third parties
- Instagram access tokens are stored locally on your device only and are not uploaded to our servers
- You can delete all Instagram-related data at any time via "Settings → Delete Account"
- You can also revoke Outfo's access in your Instagram settings
8. 資料保留與刪除 Data Retention & Deletion
- 您的帳號資料將在您使用服務期間持續保留
- 通知紀錄在 30 天後自動刪除
- 您可隨時透過「設定 → 刪除帳號」永久刪除您的帳號
- 帳號刪除將徹底移除：個人資料、所有貼文與影片、留言、按讚、追蹤關係、收藏、訊息、通知等所有相關資料
- 帳號刪除後無法恢復
- Your account data is retained while you use the Service
- Notification records are automatically deleted after 30 days
- You can permanently delete your account at any time via "Settings → Delete Account"
- Account deletion will permanently remove: profile data, all posts and videos, comments, likes, follow relationships, collections, messages, notifications, and all related data
- Account deletion is irreversible
9. 您的權利 Your Rights

- 刪除權：刪除您的帳號與所有相關資料
- 隱私控制：設定帳號為公開或私人、控制留言與訊息權限、管理標記設定
- Access: View your personal data and content
- Rectification: Edit your profile and privacy settings
- Erasure: Delete your account and all associated data
- Privacy Controls: Set account to public or private, control comment and message permissions, manage tagging settings
10. 裝置權限 Device Permissions
- 相機 — 拍攝照片或錄製影片
- 麥克風 — 錄製影片時收音
- 相簿 — 選取或儲存圖片與影片
- Camera — Capture photos or record videos
- Microphone — Record audio during video capture
- Photo Library — Select or save images and videos
所有權限皆需您主動授權，您可隨時在裝置設定中撤銷。
All permissions require your explicit consent and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.
11. 使用者內容管理 User-Generated Content Moderation
為維護社群環境，我們提供以下機制：
- 檢舉：使用者可長按任何貼文、影片或留言檢舉違規內容
- 封鎖：使用者可在個人檔案頁封鎖其他使用者，被封鎖者的內容將從動態、搜尋、個人頁完全隱藏
- 處理時效：我們承諾在 24 小時內處理所有 UGC 檢舉
- 對明顯違規內容（仇恨言論、騷擾、色情、違法、智財侵權）將立即移除
- 對騷擾、仇恨言論、明顯違法內容採零容忍政策
To maintain a safe community, we provide the following mechanisms:
- Reporting: Users can long-press any post, Reel, or comment to report violating content
- Blocking: Users can block other users on profile pages; blocked users' content is fully hidden from feed, search, and profile views
- Response time: We commit to handling all UGC reports within 24 hours
- Obviously violating content (hate speech, harassment, sexual content, illegal content, IP infringement) will be removed immediately
- Zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, and obviously illegal content
12. 年齡限制 Age Restriction
本服務僅供年滿 16 歲之使用者使用。我們不會故意收集 16 歲以下未成年人的個人資料。若我們發現有未滿 16 歲的使用者註冊，將立即刪除該帳號及其所有資料。
The Service is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16. If we discover that a user under 16 has registered, we will promptly delete their account and all associated data.
13. 政策變更 Policy Changes
我們可能不時更新本隱私權政策。重大變更將透過應用程式內通知或其他適當方式告知您。繼續使用本服務即表示您接受更新後的政策。
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
