1. 服務說明 About the Service
Outfo 是一個時尚穿搭分享社交平台，由 YAN KAI HUANG（以下簡稱「我們」）開發與營運。本服務提供使用者分享穿搭照片與影片、探索時尚靈感、與其他使用者互動之功能。註冊或使用本服務即表示您同意遵守本使用條款。
Outfo is a fashion outfit sharing social platform developed and operated by YAN KAI HUANG (hereinafter "we" or "us"). The Service allows users to share outfit photos and videos, explore fashion inspiration, and interact with other users. By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. 年齡限制 Age Requirement
您必須年滿 16 歲方可使用本服務。註冊帳號即表示您確認已年滿 16 歲。若我們發現未滿 16 歲之使用者，將立即終止其帳號。
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 16 years of age or older. If we discover a user under 16, we will immediately terminate their account.
3. 帳號責任 Account Responsibility
- 您有責任維護帳號的安全性，包括妥善保管您的密碼
- 您對帳號下的所有活動負責
- 如發現帳號遭未經授權使用，請立即聯絡我們
- 每位使用者僅可擁有一個帳號
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including safeguarding your password
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately
- Each user may only have one account
4. 使用者生成內容 User-Generated Content
- 您保留您所上傳內容的智慧財產權
- 上傳內容即表示您授予 Outfo 非獨佔性、全球性、免授權金的許可，以在本服務中展示、分發、推廣您的內容
- 您保證上傳的內容不侵犯任何第三方權利
- 我們有權移除違反本條款的內容
- You retain intellectual property rights to the content you upload
- By uploading content, you grant Outfo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service
- You warrant that your uploaded content does not infringe any third-party rights
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
5. 禁止行為 Prohibited Conduct
使用本服務時，您不得：
- 發布色情、暴力、仇恨言論或其他違法內容
- 騷擾、霸凌、威脅或恐嚇其他使用者
- 冒充他人或建立虛假帳號
- 發送垃圾訊息或未經請求的商業訊息
- 侵犯他人的智慧財產權或隱私權
- 使用自動化工具、機器人或爬蟲程式存取本服務
- 嘗試破壞、干擾或規避本服務的安全機制
- 以任何方式違反適用法律或法規
When using the Service, you must not:
- Post pornographic, violent, hateful, or otherwise illegal content
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
- Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
- Use automated tools, bots, or crawlers to access the Service
- Attempt to compromise, interfere with, or circumvent the Service's security mechanisms
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. 智慧財產權 Intellectual Property
Outfo 的品牌名稱、標誌、介面設計、原始碼及相關素材均為 YAN KAI HUANG 之智慧財產。未經書面授權，不得複製、修改、散布或以其他方式使用。
The Outfo brand name, logo, interface design, source code, and related materials are the intellectual property of YAN KAI HUANG. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, or otherwise used without written authorization.
7. 檢舉、封鎖與內容移除 Reports, Blocking & Content Removal
- 檢舉機制：使用者可透過應用程式內的檢舉功能（長按貼文／影片／留言）回報違規內容或帳號
- 封鎖機制：使用者可透過個人檔案頁右上選單封鎖任何使用者，被封鎖者的內容將從動態、搜尋、個人頁完全隱藏
- 處理時效：我們承諾在 24 小時內處理所有 UGC 檢舉。對於明顯違規內容（仇恨言論、騷擾、色情、違法、智財侵權等）將立即移除
- 零容忍政策：對騷擾、仇恨言論、明顯違法內容採取零容忍
- 我們保留自行判斷移除任何內容或停用帳號的權利
- 申訴：被移除內容之使用者可寄信至 outfoapp@gmail.com，我們將在 7 天內回覆
- Reporting: Users can report violating content or accounts via the in-app report feature (long-press a post / Reel / comment)
- Blocking: Users can block any user via the profile page top-right menu; blocked users' content is fully hidden from feed, search, and profile views
- Response time: We commit to handling all UGC reports within 24 hours. Obviously violating content (hate speech, harassment, sexual content, illegal content, IP infringement, etc.) will be removed immediately
- Zero tolerance: We have zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, and obviously illegal content
- We reserve the right to remove any content or disable accounts at our sole discretion
- Appeals: Users whose content was removed may email outfoapp@gmail.com; we respond within 7 days
8. 帳號終止 Account Termination
- 您可隨時透過「設定 → 刪除帳號」終止您的帳號
- 我們保留在以下情況終止或暫停您帳號的權利：違反本條款、從事違法行為、長時間未使用
- 帳號終止後，您的所有資料將依據我們的隱私權政策進行處理
- You may terminate your account at any time via "Settings → Delete Account"
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for: violating these terms, engaging in illegal activities, or prolonged inactivity
- After account termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
9. 第三方服務 Third-Party Services
本服務整合 Instagram / Meta 之登入與媒體匯入功能。使用此功能時，您同時受 Instagram / Meta 之使用條款約束。我們不對第三方服務的可用性或安全性負責。
The Service integrates Instagram / Meta login and media import features. When using these features, you are also bound by Instagram / Meta's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or security of third-party services.
10. 免責聲明 Disclaimer
- 本服務按「現況」提供，我們不保證服務將不中斷或無錯誤
- 我們不對使用者生成的內容承擔責任
- 使用者間的互動與交易由使用者自行負責
- 在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因使用本服務而產生的任何間接、附帶或衍生性損害負責
- The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not responsible for user-generated content
- Interactions and transactions between users are the users' own responsibility
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service
11. 條款變更 Changes to Terms
我們保留隨時修改本使用條款的權利。重大變更將透過應用程式內通知或其他適當方式告知您。變更生效後繼續使用本服務即表示您接受修改後的條款。
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. 準據法 Governing Law
本條款受中華民國（臺灣）法律管轄並據其解釋。因本條款引起之任何爭議，雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
