進入 App → 設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號。刪除後 14 天內所有資料（含貼文、留言、追蹤關係）將永久清除，無法恢復。

Open App → Settings → Account → Delete Account. All data (posts, comments, follows) will be permanently removed within 14 days.

長按任何貼文、影片或留言 → 選擇「檢舉」→ 選擇原因。我們承諾在 24 小時內處理所有檢舉。

Long-press any post, Reel, or comment → select "Report" → choose a reason. We handle all reports within 24 hours.

進入該使用者個人檔案 → 點右上「⋯」→「封鎖」。封鎖後對方的所有內容將從動態、搜尋、個人頁完全隱藏。

Visit the user's profile → tap the top-right "⋯" → "Block". Blocked users' content is fully hidden from feed, search, and profile.

請到 iOS 設定 → 通知 → Outfo，確認「允許通知」已開啟。在 App 內也可進入「設定 → 通知」確認偏好設定。

Go to iOS Settings → Notifications → Outfo, ensure "Allow Notifications" is on. In-app, check Settings → Notifications for preferences.

私人帳號的追蹤申請需要經您核准才會生效。您可以在「通知」頁面或「個人檔案 → 追蹤申請」處理待審核的申請。

Private account follow requests require your approval. Manage pending requests in Notifications or Profile → Follow Requests.
